TYPICAL BARNSLEY!

I know lets not spend our money on something the town will apreciate, but lets spend 60'000 pounds on a bronze statue of a barnsley "celebraity" no one from barnsley likes. Oh and, lets make it look like hes rodding traffic as they drive to work/home/college, so yes, us been the council now have not enough money not only for a college, or to build buildings, but to have no money for the 9 year planning of a central barnsley skatepark, the best part about it is, its across from a college they have just knocked down, and cant afford to re-build! Sort yourselves out.
